Sports Performance Training

Our Youth Sports Performance groups are ideal for athletes ranging from 8 - 17 years of age. In these 1 Hour group classes, we start with a dynamic warmup and 15-20 minutes of speed and agility work, followed by strength training, conditioning, and a soft tissue cool down. 

These classes are highly effective for any sport, at any time of year; whether during the season to maintain strength and prevent injury, or in the offseason to get bigger, faster, and stronger. We have both Unlimited and per session membership options, as well as flexible, after-school class times to make it convenient for any schedule and budget!
