Sports Performance Training

We offer coached and supervised exercise classes to both Homeschool and traditional students. Our Youth Sports Performance groups are ideal for athletes ranging from 6 - 17 years of age. In these 1 Hour group classes, we start with a dynamic warmup and 15-20 minutes of speed and agility work, followed by strength training, conditioning, and a soft tissue cool down.

These classes are great for Physical education for Homeschool students and highly effective for any sport. Whether during the season to maintain strength and prevent injury, or in the offseason to get bigger, faster, and stronger. We have both Monthly and per session membership options, as well as morning and afternoon class times.
